As founders and leaders, we often hear about the hustle - that we need to hustle harder, faster, better.
But we don’t. We need to work smarter
It’s about being focused but also getting the process right. To do that, we need to start by understanding what the focus of the business is, and to understand the sweet spot in each area of an operation or process. Working smarter is of course easier said than done.
Understanding and identifying the business need and focus and then developing processes and strategies is what I do and love.
